Carlos J. Bustabad’ Story
During his high school years in Miami, Carlos became immediately interested in psychology when opening up his 9th-grade religion book to the chapter, Why People Do What They Do. From that moment on, he was hooked and interested in learning about the human mind and what causes people to behave in certain ways. From those early formative years, Carlos went on to discover other books that helped him to explore the world of psychology and human behavior.
As a highly empathic and spiritually attuned individual, Carlos continued reading and studying books relating to psychology. One book he stumbled upon was The Relaxation Response, by Dr. Herbert Benson, a pioneer in the area of breathing and relaxation. Because of this book, his interest in breathing and relaxation eventually lead him to study self-hypnosis. While attending college, Carlos went on to study psychology and furthered his studies by earning a master’s degree in counselor education.
As a passionate learner, Carlos uses his academic knowledge and professional experience in motivating and helping his clients in their emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development. His experience as a mental health and career counselor, corporate trainer, teacher, and energy healer, has more than prepared him to help clients from all walks of life. Carlos has assisted individuals ranting from front-line assembly workers to Fortune 500 executives. Carlos has earned the respect of his clients in all areas of service. He has earned certifications in Advance IEMT Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energetic Hypnosis (EH), Pure-BioEnergy Level II, and Sports Hypnosis. In addition to his professional credentials, Carlos’ love for self-development has led him to study and learn more about traditional, non-verbal hypnosis and mesmerism.
Carlos is a member in good standing of the National Guild of Hypnotists, recognized as the leading hypnosis association in the world. As a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Carlos specializing in traditional hypnosis, energetic hypnosis which is a blending of energy healing protocols combined hypnosis which provides clients with a smooth, gentle, yet effective transformative experience. If needed, Carlos can conduct bilingual sessions and public presentations as well.
